Health Care Services offer the following professional services
provided by skillful, dependable, dedicated individuals committed to
quality healthcare.
Skilled
Nursing
IV infusion
nursing. Teaches and instructs patient and/or family on
infusion techniques and how to maintain and care of their IV line.
Draws laboratory specimen as ordered by physicians whether scheduled
or as needed. Provides wound care services including, Wound
VAC therapy and Versatile 1 Wound Vacuum System. Assesses,
monitors, administers medication, and directs treatment
according to physician’s orders. Develop plan of treatment and
goals with close involvement of patient and/or family. Teaches
and instructs patients and/or family to achieve self care, manages
and evaluates patient care to prevent potential complications,
promotes recovery, ensure safety.
Physical
Therapy
Provides
evaluation, (includes muscle strength tests, joint motion tests,
sensory and neurological tests, coordination tests, balance tests,
observation, palpation flexibility tests, postural screening,
movement analysis). Develop treatment plan and goals, and
administer the appropriate treatment and in recovery of a problem or
dysfunction. Generally, PT assists with gross motor, lower
extremity activity.
Occupational
Therapy
Provides
activities and instructions designed to increase independence for
the patient unable to perform activities of daily living (e.g.
sensory impairment, perceptual motor difficulty, coordination
problems, muscle weakness, energy conservation). Generally, OT
assists with fine motor, upper extremity level.

Speech Therapy
Provides
services designed to help patients improve or restore communication
skills (voice and language disorders, e.g., stutter fluency and rhythm
problem, inappropriate pitch, or harsh voice and speech quality
problems). Addresses speech disorders resulting from hearing
loss, stroke, cerebral palsy, mental disability, or brain injury.
Medical Social
Worker
Provides social,
environmental and emotional counseling for patients assist with
homemaker needs, relationship problems, financial problems, coping
mechanism, long term illness, living arrangement problems.
Home Health
Aide
Works closely
with patients and provides assistance with daily living tasks such
as dressing, bathing, feeding, bladder/bowel function assistance,
vital signs, oral hygiene, ambulation, ROM activity, repositioning
and household functions. Services Offered
Registered Dietician
Works closely
with patients and their physicians to formulate proper nutrition
plan that is right for the patient. Assesses and monitors
patient progress and make recommendations if necessary.
Monitors patients on different type of tube feedings, TPNs and
severely restricted diet regimens.
