Integrity Home Health Care Services' nursing staff are experienced and trained in IV infusion therapy. Infusion therapy involves administration of medication through a needle or catheter. It is prescribed to patients that cannot be treated with oral medications due to the severity of their condition.

Placement and management of peripheral intravenous catheters.

Care and management of central venous catheters (PICC Lines, TAC Lines, Implanted Ports, Midlines).

Experienced and trained in First Dose Protocols.

Blood specimen collection while on IV infusion therapy, where ordered, to monitor effectiveness of treatment.

Communication with the other members of the healthcare team regarding identified care needs and response to therapy.

Coordination of care with specialty pharmacy that provide the IV medication and supplies.
