Memo on Timely Charting

This is a reminder to please complete your visit notes promptly. Timely documentation is essential, as incomplete or delayed notes directly impact our billing process which affects our agency operations and cash flow. 

Important information to know: Even if all notes from other disciplines have been submitted, a single missing note will prevent the entire patient episode from being billed. All notes for the episode must be fully completed and submitted before the episode can be billed. This is a Medicare requirement. 

We kindly ask that you complete your charting as soon as possible after each visit—ideally when you return home—before the workload accumulates. Please use the AI tool I showed you so it can help you complete your notes faster and improve both the efficiency and accuracy of your documentation.
